To get your U of R photo ID card, bring your confirmation of enrollment plus a photo driver's licence or two other pieces of identification to Room 210 - Registrar's Office in the Administration-Humanities Building.
New employees should bring their letter of offer.

All loans are subject to recall if required by other patrons. Recalled items will be due 14 days from the date of recall. If an item is borrowed which already has previous requests on it, then the current borrower will get a 14 day loan period.

Items borrowed must be returned or renewed by the due date.
A renewal loan period is the same as the original loan period.
Items can be renewed up to 5 times. To renew items please log in to My Library Account. Recalled items, reserve materials, and other short-term loans are not available for renewal.
If the system does not allow you to renew an item, contact Library Help Desk for assistance.
All loans are subject to recall if required by other patrons. Recalled items will be due 14 days from the date of recall.
You will be notified when the item is ready for pickup. It will be held for 1 week only.
All recalled items will be available for pickup at the Archer Library.
The Basement Storage area of the Dr. John Archer Library is not open to library clients.
Requests for materials stored here, may be placed in person by filling out a Basement Storage request form available at the Library Help Desk of the Dr. John Archer Library.
All items requested by 3:45 p.m. will be available for pickup at the Library Help Desk by 4:30 p.m. the same day. Requests received after 3:45 p.m. will be available with the next day's requests.
Items will be returned to the Basement Storage locations after remaining unclaimed on the shelf for 1 week, or after they have been viewed.
