Government Publications

Europa is the official website of the European Union. The site is run by the Communication department of the European Commission. There are thousands of full-text publications that include legislation, treaties, reports, and statistics. The Europa Bookshop also contains many freely downloadable documents.

ESO is maintained by Cardiff University and has 3 components about various topics of the European Union:
1. Daily news and analysis
2. Information Guides
3. ESO database has several primary and secondary information sources

The site is managed by librarians in post secondary institutions and state governments in the United States. Its purpose is to raise public awareness of the importance of having freely available government information.

IMF (International Monetary Fund) eLibrary to be added to our list of government databases.
IMF eLibrary provides access to content and data sets from more than 21,000 publications from approximately 1946 to the present. Free registration is required to access some content.

A research portal about Westminister parliamentarism. It is managed by a Canadian university student. It contains links to primary documents and and his blog about current parliamentary activities in Commonwealth countries.

Includes a list of international projects that compile and archive social, behavioral and economic data sets from governments and various agencies.
