Seasonal Contest Rules

Contest Rules:

  1. Participants must be currently registered students at the University of Regina or federated colleges
  2. Entries must be submitted by the deadline
  3. Participants may submit multiple different entries, but can only win one prize.
  4. Dr. John Archer Library & Archives will notify the winners via email on Monday, June 16, 2025 by 1:30 p.m. We will contact the winners using the information provided by an eligible participant on the entry form.  If a winner does not reply to the email by Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (noon), the Dr. John Archer Library & Archives shall have the right, but not the obligation, to select an alternative winner.
  5. By submitting you give permission to the Dr. John Archer Library & Archives to reproduce and use your submission (using your name and department/faculty), either wholly or in part, in any medium (including but not limited to publications and on the internet) for promotional purposes.
