The session is highly interactive and includes a variety of hands-on activities and discussions.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand how the brain categorizes information that can lead us to form unconscious biases.
  • Gain an understanding of what unconscious bias is and how it impacts how we lead and interact with our colleagues.
  • Leave with ideas and insights to recognize unconscious bias and how to interrupt those thought patterns to cultivate inclusivity.
