The University aims to support the leadership development of current employees across the University. Over eight months, URLeading is designed to provide a comprehensive, peer to peer leadership development experience. Participants enhance their capacity to lead by:
Each May, employees are requested to submit an application form supported by their faculty/department/unit sponsors.
The University Executive Team (UET) approved the implementation of URLeading and is an active sponsor of the program.
