- MedPix®The National Library of Medicine, MedPix® is a free open-access online database of medical images, teaching cases, and clinical topics, integrating images and textual metadata including over 12,000 patient case scenarios, 9,000 topics, and nearly 59,000 images.
- NIMH (National Institute of Mental Health) Image BankMost NIH images are available for use are in the public domain. If you would like to use an image, please credit the National Institutes of Health.
- Public Health Image Library (PHIL)Most of these public health related images are in the public domain and therefore copyright free. Each has a statement immediately below giving its copyright status.
