The online Chicago Manual of Style is available through the U of R Libraries, and the Notes and Bibliography -- Sample Citations section contains helpful examples of Chicago NB citations.
Purdue University has a handy online guide to Chicago Style (although it's always best to confirm your findings in The Chicago Manual of Style). In particular, their Chicago NB Sample Paper is helpful as a model of how footnotes should look in a paper.
