Government Publications Collections Policy: I. Introduction

1.1 Introduction

This policy acts as a guide for University Library employees and serves as a framework for collections development in government publications.  The Government Publications Collections Policy will be revised as needed by its Subject Librarian and, if needed, with the assistance from the Collections and Assessment Team (CAT).  Refer to the Dr. John Archer General Collections Policy for information on the selection and withdrawal of materials in the Library's collection here.  The Library supports the teaching and research requirements of Indigenous Studies at the University.  A research guide on information about government publications is here.
